Since 1951, West Coast Branch (WCB) of Florida Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) has been a local branch the ASCE serving the Tampa Bay Area. The WCB is one of thirteen ASCE local branches in the Florida Section.

Striving to be a resource for local Civil Engineers, WCB provides educational meetings, seminars, conferences, and networking opportunities. WCB supports several ASCE Technical Institutes and Groups.
